Celebrate Recovery
The Celebrate Recovery program was created to help people overcome life’s hurts, habits and hang-ups by providing a biblical and balanced program to help them deal with issues like addictions, compulsions and disfunctional behaviors through eight principles based on the Beatitudes of the New Testament, and 12 biblical steps to recovery.

This program is distinctly Christian, uncompromisingly biblical, and proven to work within the church. It has clearly brought people together to discover a new level of care, acceptance, trust and grace.

Celebrate Recovery meets every Tuesday at 7:00 in the lower level and the second Tuesday at 6:00 for fellowship supper. For more information, contact Craig Hauser, 913-449-7265 or visit the Celebrate Recovery website

Marriage Preparation
The decision to marry is one of the most important decisions you will make in your lifetime. In addition to helping you plan for your wedding day, we also want to help you plan for your marriage. Therefore, all couples being married at Holy Cross are required to participate in a process of premarital preparation through the Holy Cross Marriage Ministry. Couples will work with trained marriage mentors and will maintain their mentor relationship for one year following the wedding for purposes of strengthening the marriage relationship. A meeting with the Pastor will be scheduled at the appropriate time for the purposes of planning the wedding service. The Pastor will also be in close communication with the mentors.

For more information, contact the church office, 913-491-8022 .
